Rise Health Services is a medical services company that specializes in providing fully-staffed and operational Testosterone Replacement Treatment inside qualified provider offices. RHS manages the functional aspects of your Testosterone Replacement center and lets you manage the clinical side. You can provide the full array of men's health treatments for your patients in your own office.

There is no up-front financial investment required from you. You medically supervise Rise Health Services personnel within the Testosterone Replacement center and make all medical decisions for your patients. Rise Health Services only provides Testosterone Replacement services to the patients that you recommend for Testosterone testing and that you approve for Low Testosterone. You provide space and accommodations for Rise Health Services staff including a full size refrigerator to store medications, phone line, internet access and access to a sink.

Before we being services, we will work with you and your staff to generate patient demand to make sure our partnership is a success from Day 1. Launch dates will be set based on open discussion and provider readiness.

Rise Health Services will provide, at its own cost, all personnel, supplies and equipment needed for your Testosterone Replacement Center to function smoothly and efficiently. We also invested heavily in the training of our Certified Low T Specialists.

Our Specialists are trained in the latest techniques for Low Testosterone testing and meet or exceed Federal Standards for Low Testosterone testing. The LTS is certified through our own rigorous training program lead by our Chief Medical Operations Officer along with oversight by our Medical Director – Over 30 years of experience.

Through insurance and self-pay. We work with each provider to setup Insurance and offer Patient Self-Pay services (Cash, card, check, etc). You maintain total control of cash flow. We offer subscription-based Cash pricing in 1 year, 3 months, or month-to-month options. The provider (or facility) will be in charge of all billing. Rise Health Services will then invoice you for services provided to you and your patients.

You, the provider, will determine which patients are candidates for Low T testing and Testosterone Replacement services. You will manage all medical decisions and supervise the clinical aspects of the Testosterone Replacement center.

Because Rise Health Services only provides services upon your request, you and your staff must facilitate patient identification and scheduling. We provide patient opt-in, consent, and medical history forms (Online and Hard Copy). You will need to provide assistance with the collection of patient data to confirm medical necessity, as well as administrative help processing payments.

Rise Health Services will provide ongoing continuing education for staff and for providers. Rise Health Services will manage and support all administrative and technical requirements of the Testosterone Replacement center. The local Rise Health Services Account Manager assigned to your practice will work with your staff on a daily basis to ensure a successful partnership.

Yes, Rise Health Services provides training for administrative and clinical staff. Training includes information about hormone science and regulatory requirements. We also do extensive training with the providers and providers on site as needed. We will go over step-by-step what is required of you and how we will integrate into your practice.

Absolutely, we will provide you with proven marketing methods to gain committed patients - Branded under your name, clinic, logo, etc.

We will provide patient education and marketing materials for your office in order to communicate to your patients. We also work closely with your practice to assist in other marketing programs such as online, SEO, social media; advertising via direct mail campaigns, media communications and signage.

Designing and implementing Testosterone Replacement protocols is within the scope of practice for MDs and DOs. Most mid-level practitioners may also supervise the preparation of the testosterone service. This may vary based on individual state guidelines and health plan policy. (note about frequency, close monitoring, risk of estradiol and hormone imbalance).

For men who want to preserve & stimulate natural testosterone & sperm production, HCG will sometimes give T replacement while hopefully preserving fertility. Pellet Therapy

Pellet therapy offers a quick, long-lasting solution to hormone deficiency. Pellets are placed under the skin in a simple, in-office procedure in about 20 minutes. The effects of pellet introduction last for three to five months and are monitored by blood tests. Hormone levels can be adjusted before each procedure to ensure the best results for you.

Topical HRT

Topical creams and gels are used as an alternative for patients that prefer a daily routine. The medication is compounded locally and can be applied to the arms or legs. As with pellets, levels are monitored by blood tests and can be easily adjusted based on your symptoms.

The treatment regimens are personalized to fit your busy schedule and needs. A typical testosterone patient will return every 7 to 14 days for treatment.

Optimization & Prevention

Once your Personalized Treatment plan is started, your Medical Specialist will track your progress and adjust your treatment plan as necessary.
